Overview:

Utilized to easily setup Peachtree’s tracking script automatically, our WordPress plugin is really simple to setup and use!

1. Copy The Necessary Website UUID from your Website Details Page on Peachtree App

Firstly, log in to your Peachtree Analytics Account. From the main interface click Websites. Once on the Websites tab, click the eye for whichever website you are setting up on your WordPress Website. This will take you to the Website Details page.

This will take you to the Website Details page. From this page, simply copy the UUID code from the dashboard. You will need this to finish installation of the Peachtree Analytics WordPress App. Please Note: If this is your first website you will need to setup a New Website Dashboard. Click Here for instructions on setting up Peachtree Analytics for the first time.

2. Install And Activate the Peachtree Analytics WordPress Plugin.

Uploaded to the Public WordPress repository. The Peachtree Analytics WordPress Plugin automatically deploys the tracking script on your website.

A. Login to your WordPress Dashboard.

B. From the Main Dashboard Navigate to the Plugins Section.

C. From the Plugins page, click Add Plugin.

D. Search For “Peachtree Analytics” from the plugin search field.

E. Install and Activate Peachtree Analytics WordPress Plugin.

F. Navigate to your website’s General Settings Tab.

G. Scroll to the bottom of the General Settings page, and enter the copy/paste UUID code from Peachtree Analytics. Press Save, and you are done!

This completes the steps for installing Peachtree Analytics on a WordPress site!

Create A New Agency in Peachtree Analytics

Overview:

Agencies are used to provide ownership access to website properties. The core user management component of Peachtree Analytics, creating a new agency is really simple!

1. Login to Peachtree Analytics Application.

Once you have signed into the application, choose Agencies from the main dashboard. This will navigate you to the Agencies Dashboard. From this page, click Create Agency to setup a new agency account on Peachtree Analytics.

2. Complete New Agency Setup.

Please Note: If this is your first agency, you need to create your user profile prior to creating your new agency. In order to successfully create the new agency, you will need to assign the agency Owner.

A. Name: The name you would like your agency to be called.

B. Owner: The agency owner. The agency owner’s Peachtree plan will determine account website and usage limits.

C. Demo Mode: Available by special request from the Peachtree management team. This allows you to test the pro version of the platform without needing a subscription.

Press save, and this will complete your agency creation!

Teams are used in Peachtree Analytics to delegate access to users on more than one account. By default, each user only has access to one primary account. If users need access to multiple Peachtree Analytics Account properties, you will need to create a team! Follow these simple steps to setup a team for your Peachtree Analytics account.

1. Log in to Peachtree Analytics Application Interface.

Once you have successfully logged in to the Peachtree Analytics interface, click on the Teams menu item. This will take you to the Peachtree Teams interface.

2. Create New Agency Team.

Once you are on the Teams page, click the Create Team button in the upper right hand corner. This will take you to the create team interface. Simply name the team whatever you like, and assign it to your agency. Once you save the team, this will finish the new team creation!

3. Assign Users to the New Team

Having successfully created the new team, navigate back to the Teams tab. Once you load the teams tab, click the eyeball to view that team’s dashboard.

This will bring up the Team Dashboard. The team dashboard is broken into several different sections in order to provide the correct level of access for users and websites.

4. Team Functions and Usage.

A. Team Details: Used for administrational services primarily. This information includes the Team’s UUID, name, and assigned agency.

B. User Assignment: This portion of the Team Dashboard allows you to check currently verified team users, as well as adding new members to the team. To add a new user to the team, click the Attach User button. This will bring up the attach user interface. Simply choose your team member from the dropdown, and press save!

C. Website Assignment: This portion of the Team Dashboard allows you to attach websites for the team members to interact with. To add a website to a team click the Attach Website button. This will take you to the attach website interface. Just pick the website you want to add to the team from the dropdown, and press save!

Create A New User in Peachtree Analytics

Overview:

Depending on the size of your team, you may need to provide additional access to Peachtree Analytics for more users. Below follow the steps for adding a new user on to your account!

1. Sign in to Peachtree Analytics Application.

The first step to setting up new users is logging in to your Peachtree Analytics account. Once you have logged in, click on the Users tab on the main peachtree dashboard.

2. Create a New User.

Once you are on the Users tab, click the create user button. This will open the Create User Interface. Please Note: The plan each individual user is on DOES NOT impact your pricing plan. Plan hierarchy is determined by the agency owners account.

3. Fill Out Create User Interface Details.

A. Name: The first and last name of the new user.

B. Email Address: The email address the new user will use to login to Peachtree Analytics.

C. Password: The password for the new user’s account login.

D. Plan: The account plan this user is on. Default plan level is starter.

E: Role: This determines user’s access to Peachtree. By default, all user accounts are customers.

F. Agency: This field allows you to attach the new user to your agency account.

4. Press Save and your done!

Once you press save, your new user account in Peachtree Analytics will be created!

Peachtree Analytics has a build in Bulk Import Tool For Websites. This allows you to setup Peachtree Website Dashboards for all of your Google Properties with one click.

1. Access The Google Authentication Details Page In Peachtree Analytics

From The Google Authentication Token Details Page, choose Bulk Website Import. This will bring up the Bulk Website Import Tool.

Click on any of the website properties that need Peachtree Analytics Setup.

Once you have chosen the correct properties, click Run Action. This will automatically configure all the chosen website’s Peachtree dashboards. You can then log into each dashboard from the websites tab in Peachtree. Please Note: Bulk Website Import is a Pro Level Tool, and is not available on the free version of Peachtree Analytics.

Overview

Before syncing conversion triggers from Peachtree Analytics to Google, you must first authenticate your Google Admin Access with Peachtree. This process grants Peachtree the access it needs to write Goals in Google analytics. Following Below are the steps involved with Granting Google Analytics Permissions to the platform.

1. Log Into Peachtree Analytics at Peachtree.App

You first need to log into the platform. From this screen you can also reset your password as well, if you have been given a default password.

2. Send Google Property Access Request.

Click on the Agencies Tab. From your Agency Details page, click the select action button, across from the Agency Details title. From the drop-down menu click Request Google Property Access.

Enter the email address with Google Analytics Edit Permissions for the website you would like Peachtree to sync conversion triggers.

3. Click Request Access on The Peachtree Google Analytics Authentication Email.

Open the email inbox that received the Google Analytics Property Access Request. Click the Request Access Button. This will take you to the Google Authentication Window. Make sure and sign in with the same email you entered to receive the authentication request.

After selecting the correct account, enter the account password, then grant Peachtree access to your Google Analytics account.

Peachtree primarily uses this access to ensure you have the correct property edit permissions to allow Peachtree to write Google Goals for you.

Once your login is authenticated, this will take you back to the Peachtree app. You will see the All Set! Screen to confirm the authentication was successful.

4. Confirm Website Property Google Analytics Access.

Log back into Peachtree, and return to the Agency Details Page.

Scroll partially down the page to the Google Auth Tokens section. Click the eyeball for the Google Authentication token you would like to view. This will take you to the Google Authentication Token Details Page.

This page allows you to bulk setup websites, as well as Refreshing Your Google Access Token (sometimes used for troubleshooting). That’s It! You have successfully authenticated your Google token for all the websites listed!
