Create A New Team in Peachtree Analytics

Teams are used in Peachtree Analytics to delegate access to users on more than one account. By default, each user only has access to one primary account. If users need access to multiple Peachtree Analytics Account properties, you will need to create a team! Follow these simple steps to setup a team for your Peachtree Analytics account.

1. Log in to Peachtree Analytics Application Interface.

Once you have successfully logged in to the Peachtree Analytics interface, click on the Teams menu item. This will take you to the Peachtree Teams interface.

2. Create New Agency Team.

Once you are on the Teams page, click the Create Team button in the upper right hand corner. This will take you to the create team interface. Simply name the team whatever you like, and assign it to your agency. Once you save the team, this will finish the new team creation!

3. Assign Users to the New Team

Having successfully created the new team, navigate back to the Teams tab. Once you load the teams tab, click the eyeball to view that team’s dashboard.

This will bring up the Team Dashboard. The team dashboard is broken into several different sections in order to provide the correct level of access for users and websites.

4. Team Functions and Usage.

A. Team Details: Used for administrational services primarily. This information includes the Team’s UUID, name, and assigned agency.

B. User Assignment: This portion of the Team Dashboard allows you to check currently verified team users, as well as adding new members to the team. To add a new user to the team, click the Attach User button. This will bring up the attach user interface. Simply choose your team member from the dropdown, and press save!

C. Website Assignment: This portion of the Team Dashboard allows you to attach websites for the team members to interact with. To add a website to a team click the Attach Website button. This will take you to the attach website interface. Just pick the website you want to add to the team from the dropdown, and press save!
